Music Director Anirudh Ravichander Profile and Biography

Anirudh Ravichander  is a talented young Tamil music director who became well known through the song  “Why this Kolaveri”. He is also a drummer and pianist.

Early Life:

Anirudh Ravichander was born in the year 1991. His birthplace is Chennai, Tamilnadu.
His parents are actor Ravi Raghavendara and his mother Laxmi who is a dancer. He completed his graduation from Loyala College , Chennai. He is the nephew of Latha Rajinikanth. He is a drummer and a pianist .  He has won several awards  in his college days. Anirudh also knows Carnatic Music and has learnt piano from Trinity Music College London.

Kochadaiyaan

Kochadaiyaan is an upcoming Tamil movie starring  Tamil superstar Rajinikanth. This would be Rajinikanth’s next movie after Enthiran.  His initial project Rana was scrapped due to his illness . Rajinikanth’s daughter  Soundarya R Ashwin is the director of the project . The title 'Kochadaiyaan' was likely to be inspired from Lord Shiva or from the name of a Pandya emperor  Kochadaiyaan Ranadhiran.

Casting and Filming:

Rajinikanth is set to play the lead role while Deepika Padukone is set the play the female lead . A R Rahman is the music director .R Sarathkumar and Jackie Shroff are set to play important roles in the movie.
