Surya's Maatraan teaser was released an hour ago. Maatraan is directed by K.V.Anand. Kajal Agarwal is the female lead. Harris Jayaraj scored the music. The movie is set to release on August 15th 2012.

Billa 2 trailer was widely awaited as the movie is expected to hit theaters on July 13. The trailer's launch function was cancelled today due to some disputes and the trailer was expected to be released online today. Billa 2 latest trailer was released an hour ago. Mugamoodi is Tamil movie directed by Mysskin. Mugamoodi stars Jiiva as the hero. Pooja Hedge who was the Miss Universe India 2010 will be making her Kollywood debut as heroine in this movie. Narine is expected to play another important role in the movie. Music is by Krishnakumar who worked with Myskkin in Yudham Sei. Actor Jiiva is expected to play a super hero in the film while Narine is expected to play the villain. Mugamoodi will be released by UTV Pictures and is expected to release on August 31st 2012. Latest news on Ajith’s Billa 2 is that the movie will be released on July 13th 2012. The movie is a sequel to Billa directed by Vishnuvardhan, which a huge hit.

Billa 2 is directed by Chakri Toleti. The movie is based on David Billa a gangster from South India. Billa 2 stars two heroines Parvathy Omanakuttan , Brazilian model Bruna Abdhullah . Other important roles are played by actor Prabhu , Bollywood actors Vidyut Jamwal , Sudanshuy Pandey and several others. Editing has been done by Suresh URS and Rajashekhar is the cinematographer. The music and soundtrack is composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. The music album of the movie was released on May 1st. The movie is to be released by Aascar Movies and by GK Movies abroad.

Vaalu first look Poster

Vaalu is Young superstar Simbu’s next movie. He pairs up with Hansika Motwani, Santhanam and Ganesh.   Vaalu  will be written and directed by debutant Vijay Chander. Music will be composed by S.Thaman his second movie with Simbu after Osthe.  The movie wil be produced by S.S.Chakravarthy of NIC Arts.  The first schedule of the movie will start on June 6^th 2012 which is revealed by Simbu’s tweet. It is expected to release for this year's Diwali .

Vishwaroopam is an upcoming Tamil movie. The male lead is played by actor Kamalhaasan. The actor has directed and co-produced the project as well. He has also written the story and screenplay of the movie. Direction  of the project was taken over by Kamal from director Selvaraghavan who was unable to direct the movie due to prior commitments.
