The sequel to the Kamal Haasan starer Vishwaroopam 2's first poster has been released today. The sequel version stars Kamal Haasan, Pooja Kumar, Rahul Bose and Shekar Kapur.

Dhanush and director Vetrimaaran's upcoming movie Kaakaa Muttai's first look poster has been released. Tamil Movie Kaakka Muttai will be directed by Vetrimaaran and will star actor Dhanush in the lead role. This will be the third movie under the trio's combination (after Pollathavan and Aadukalam).

Director AL Vijay and Actor Vijay's upcoming move has been titled 'Thalaiva'. Thalaiva's first look poster was released recently . Thalaiva is in the early stages of shooting. GV Prakash scores the music while Nirav Shah handles the cinematography. Anthony is the editor of the movie.

Atharva Paradesi Movie Still

Director Bala's Paradesi is now in the post production stages. The movie is a adoption of the Malayalam novel 'Eriyum Thanal'. Paradesi stars Atharva,Vedhika,Dhanshika and Uma Riyaz in lead roles. Music has been scored by G.V.Prakash Kumar. The first look poster of Paradesi was released earlier. Now the more stills and posters of Paradesi have been released which is realistic and looks like a typical Bala film.

Thillu Mullu 2 is a remake of Rajinikanth's 1981 blockbuster laugh riot 'Thillu Mullu’. Thillu Mullu 2 stars Shiva, Isha Talwar in the lead roles. Prakashraj, Kovai Sarala, Ilavarasu, Manobala, Sathyan are set to play pivotal roles. Shiva will take over the role of Rajini.

Neerparavai is an upcoming movie directed by Seenu Ramasamy. Neerparavai stars Vishnu, Sunaina in the lead roles. Other actors Saranya Ponvanan, Nandita Das, Thambi Raamaiyah play the supporting roles. The movie is produced by Udhayanidhi Stalin's Red Giant Movies. Paradesi is director Bala’s upcoming movie. Director Bala is known for his movies like Sethu,Nandha, Pithamagan,Naan  Kadavul. After decent success with his most recent venture Avan Ivan, Bala is back with Paradesi. Unlike his earlier movies which took a lot of time to complete Paradesi’s shooting was completed in 80 days and the movie moved into post-production works.

Shankar’s upcoming movie’ I’ goes on the floor today as its shooting begins from today on July 15 2012. The movie is directed by Shankar and stars Vikram, Santhanam while Amy Jackson is expected to play the female lead.  Earlier it was reported that actress Samantha had opted out of the movie. Gouravam Poster

Gouravam (2012) is a bi-lingual Tamil and Telugu movie directed by Radha Mohan. The movie is named after Sivaji Ganesan’s 1973 Gouravam. Allu Sirish will be making his debut, while Yami gautam will be the heroine. Initial reports however claimed that Naga Chaitanya will be the hero.  SS Thaman will be the music director while PrakashRaj’s Duet movies will produce Gouravam.

Mugamoodi is Tamil movie directed by Mysskin. Mugamoodi stars Jiiva as the hero. Pooja Hedge who was the Miss Universe India 2010 will be making her Kollywood debut as heroine in this movie. Narine is expected to play another important role in the movie. Music is by Krishnakumar who worked with Myskkin in Yudham Sei. Actor Jiiva is expected to play a super hero in the film while Narine is expected to play the villain. Mugamoodi will be released by UTV Pictures and is expected to release on August 31st 2012. Thuppakki (Pistol) is Tamil actor Vijay’s upcoming movie. The film stars Vijay in the lead role. Kajal Agarwal will be the heroine of the film. Thuppakki is directed by A.R.Murugadoss and produced by Kalaipuli. S. Thanu.  Music will be composed by Harris Jayaraj his second movie with Vijay and third one with A.R.Murugadoss. Sathyan, Vidyut Jamwal and Jayaram are expected to play the supporting roles. Santhosh Sivan will be the cinematographer of the movie. The movie is distributed by Gemini which distributed Nanban. Thupakki is expected to release on August 15^th 2012. The film has also been expected to start in Hindi with Akshay Kumar in the lead role, with Murugadoss directing it.

Vaalu first look Poster

Vaalu is Young superstar Simbu’s next movie. He pairs up with Hansika Motwani, Santhanam and Ganesh.   Vaalu  will be written and directed by debutant Vijay Chander. Music will be composed by S.Thaman his second movie with Simbu after Osthe.  The movie wil be produced by S.S.Chakravarthy of NIC Arts.  The first schedule of the movie will start on June 6^th 2012 which is revealed by Simbu’s tweet. It is expected to release for this year's Diwali .

Kochadaiyaan

Kochadaiyaan is an upcoming Tamil movie starring  Tamil superstar Rajinikanth. This would be Rajinikanth’s next movie after Enthiran.  His initial project Rana was scrapped due to his illness . Rajinikanth’s daughter  Soundarya R Ashwin is the director of the project . The title 'Kochadaiyaan' was likely to be inspired from Lord Shiva or from the name of a Pandya emperor  Kochadaiyaan Ranadhiran.
