Singam 2 is the second part of Singam. The movie is directed by Hari and stars Hansika ,Anushka in the lead roles. There are three comedians in the movie Vivek, Santhanam and Powerstar Srinivasan. Powerstar has been added to the cast recently after his huge success with Santhanam in Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaiya.  Actress Anjali is expected to do a item number in the movie. The first look posters of the movie were released recently.

Dhanush and director Vetrimaaran's upcoming movie Kaakaa Muttai's first look poster has been released. Tamil Movie Kaakka Muttai will be directed by Vetrimaaran and will star actor Dhanush in the lead role. This will be the third movie under the trio's combination (after Pollathavan and Aadukalam).

Vishwaroopam Banned

Kamal Haasan's upcoming movie Vishwaroopam has been banned  by the TN government for 15 days. The ban has been implemented by the Tamilnadu Government. The move throws trouble to the movie which was scheduled to release on January 25. The move makes Vishwaroopam postponed again!

The movie starts off with a wild train chase with Anushka and Karthi .They finally manage to escape from Milind Soman’s gun shot. The reason of the fight unknown, the plot moves forward in Nanjanadu where Karthi stays in Santhanam’s (Kaalaiyah) house .Santhanam is a battle breeder and has Manohar as his assistant. Karthi often flirts out with his three sisters which Santhanam tries to avoid. The comical combination of Santhanam and Karthi has worked out well once again.

Recent development on KamalHaasan’s Vishwaroopam is that the movie’s release has been postponed to January 25th 2013. The move comes ahead of two days before the movie’s DTH release. Earlier the film ran into trouble after the Tamilnadu Theater Owner Association (TNTOA )decided to boycott the screening of the movie in Tamilnadu, after the producer of the movie KamalHaasan himself decided to prerelease the movie in DTH services a day before the theatrical release.

Recently the Tamilnadu Theater Association decide to boycott the screening of Kamal’s starrer ‘Vishwaroopam’ after the movie’s producer KamalHaasan decided to release the premier show of the movie in popular DTH services. But it looks like the decision to boycott isn’t a unanimous one. The recent paper ad shows that the movie will be screened across theaters in Chennai.
