Thuppaki in trouble

Vijay’s Thuppakki seems to have been in trouble as the move makers have been subjected to refrain from using the title ‘Thuppakki’. The order was passed by the Chennai City Civil court. The petitioner who is the producer of an upcoming movie title ‘Kalla Thuppakki’ says that the tile ‘Kalla Thuppakki’ was registered in 2009 and had started a movie under the title.
He claims that if the movie Thuppaaki as title would create confusion. He also claimed that the title ‘Thuppakki’ was registered under Vijay’s father influence who was the head of Tamil Film Producers council.
