Shankar’s upcoming movie’ I’ goes on the floor today as its shooting begins from today on July 15 2012. The movie is directed by Shankar and stars Vikram, Santhanam while Amy Jackson is expected to play the female lead. Earlier it was reported that actress Samantha had opted out of the movie. Powerstar Srinivasan has also been confirmed to play a small role in the movie. (See: Powerstar to act in I)
A.R.Rahman scores the music while PC Sreeram handles cinematography. Antony is the editor of the movie while the flick is produced by Aascar V.Ravichandan.
