Kumki is an upcoming Tamil movie directed by Prabhu Solomon who rose to fame after his super hit Mynaa. Vikram Prabhu makes his debut in this movie. He plays the male lead. Actor Vikram Prabhu is the son of Tamil actor Prabhu and grandson of actor Sivaji Ganesan. Kumki is expected to be a rural flick. Actress Lakshmi Menon plays the female lead while Thambhi Ramaiyah plays the supporting role.
Music is scored by D.Imman who joins Prahbu Solomon for the third time. The movie is produced by N.Linguswamy and his brother N.Subhash Chandra Bose under Tirupathi Brothers banner. The m voei has wide expectations as it is directed by Prabhu Solomon and more importantly with the introduction of Vikram Prabhu.
